Return Policy
Accepting delivery of your new safe furniture:
SleepSafe certifies that your product will arrive in good condition, or we will replace it at our cost. It is your responsibility to inspect the condition of the product at the time of delivery to ensure that it has arrived intact. If the shipment is damaged upon visual inspection of carton (i.e. holes, rips, or other damage) please do not open. Please document damage to carton on delivery receipt and contact our office immediately before accepting the delivery. You have the option, if packaging is damaged or there is other sign of shipment damage, to refuse to accept delivery of the product from the shipper. Please do not accept damaged product that you are unsure of. If you refuse to accept the shipment, please call us. Once our shipping department has received the defective unit, we will send a replacement.
Return Policy:
After acceptance of the product, returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase, with a 15% re-stocking fee. Should you choose to return your safe, please contact us for instructions. Due to the nature of our products, returns will only be accepted if the items are in the original packaging and well packed – we will not accept items that have been damaged in return shipment, so if you choose to return your product, for whatever reason, please take care in packing it well. For non-defective items customers are responsible for the freight charges on returned orders. On credit card returns, you will receive a credit on your credit card minus re-stocking fee in 3-5 days.
Cancellation Policy:
We allow cancellation of orders up to the point that your order is sent to the shop for order customization. Because each safe is custom configured, once customization work has begun we no-longer allow for order cancellation. If you would like to cancel, please call us immediately. If you would like changes to your order, please call us to let us know and we will do all we can to accommodate the changes if possible.
